Refund Policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unused, unworn, with tags

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Change of mind returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Items must meet the eligibility conditions above

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

  • If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping

  • Please contact us before returning the item so we can arrange this

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your item.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it and place a new order once your return is approved.


Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Hazardous materials


Refunds

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
