Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Large Items
Items over 103cm in length can not be sent Post.
Bulky items over 107cm can only be sent courier.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

*Due to ever increasing issues and pricing to ship large items we reserve the right to refuse an order or ask for additional shipping costs if the shipping cost to the customers delivery address is unreasonable.

Delivery times
We attempt to deliver all orders in a timely and cost effective manner. We are however unable to accept liability for any delays in delivery.
