tested these 145mm cranks and i can say that there is no cons all pros!

Added the pink bits to the neutral colour 145mm crank. So sexy.

The pedals are good , they give me a good platform. Great price.

Palms were aching after long rides so did some research and the SQ lab grips seem to have the answer. Well first impressions are pretty good. i hope long term they will do the job.

Purchased this hoping the 16 degree sweep would alleviate wrist pain.
Not only did it do this but my riding experience is much more relaxed. Shoulders and arms feel great after rides.
The only decision I need to take is how wide I want them.
I am more than happy with this purchase and may add these to my other two bikes.

Great helmet - I have a couple with the magnetic clip now and they are awesome for being able to do up one handed. Covers the back of the head nicely, doesn't move around, cool to wear. In general well worth the around $100 delivered I paid for it, and came quickly.
