The 12° backsweep with its short reach provides a natural transition from the lower arm to the hand when in a more upright riding position thus protecting the wrist from the extreme strain occurring in downhill [riding]. 


The 4° upsweep brings the elbows into a perfect position for a dynamic riding style. 


The 15mm, 30mm or 45mm rise allow individualised positions.

Ergonomics & Benefits

The large backsweep is the core feature of the 3OX. While standard bars typically sit between 7° and 9°, the 12° bend on the SQlab bar straightens the transition from the forearm to the hand. This relieves pressure on the median and ulnar nerves, while bringing the elbows into the optimal position to engage your back muscles and reduce fatigue. 

Passed the “Zedler End of Life” test with flying colours. The perfect combination of form, wall thickness and diameter with the corresponding anatomically optimized bend for various riding dynamics, currently make the new SQlab 30X handlebar series the most stable as well as the lightest bar in its field.
